Shipping Policy – Blend Hair Extensions

Order Processing

- Orders are processed within [1–2] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

- Orders placed after [cutoff time, e.g., 12:00 PM PST] or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.

- Pre-order or backordered items will ship on or before the estimated date shown at checkout. If your order includes in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together when all items are available unless you choose split shipping at checkout (additional fees may apply).


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates (U.S. Only)

- Standard: [3–7] business days — $[4.99] or free over $[threshold]

- Expedited: [2–3] business days — $[6.99]

- Express: [1–2] business days — $[8.99]

Notes:

- Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier.

- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and high-volume periods may impact delivery.


Where We Ship

- We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico).

- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time and/or surcharges.


Carriers and Order Tracking

- We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

- A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent once your order leaves our facility.

- Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.


PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO

- Shipments to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Expedited and Express options may be unavailable for these addresses.


Shipping Costs and Taxes

- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.

- Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout according to your shipping address.


Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages

- Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you. We can reship to a corrected address; additional shipping charges may apply.


Order Changes and Cancellations

- To request a change or cancellation, contact us at [extensiont.h@gmail.com] within [1 hour] of placing your order. We cannot modify or cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

- If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with household members and neighbors, and wait 24 hours in case of a carrier scan delay. Then contact the carrier to open a trace, and email us at [support email] with your order number.

- Report damaged or missing items within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the shipping box and the damaged product(s).

- We are not responsible for theft or damage after delivery. For added protection, we recommend purchasing package protection at checkout if available.


High-Value Orders

- For security, orders over $[100] may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup.


Holidays and Peak Periods

- During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday, holidays), processing and transit times may be extended.
