Return & Refund Policy — Blend Hair Extensions (Brushes)

Scope

- This policy applies to purchases of Blend Hair Extensions brushes and brush.

- Proof of purchase from our official store is required for all returns.


Return Window and Eligibility

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

- To be eligible, items must be:

  - New, unused, and unopened.

  - In original packaging with all inserts; hygiene seals must be intact.

  - Free of wear, hair, product residue, or damage.

- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used brushes.


Non-Returnable Items

- Opened or used brushes (including items with broken/tampered hygiene seals).

- Final sale or clearance items.

- Gift cards and promotional/free items.

- Items not purchased directly from [your store URL].


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

- Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.

- Email [support email] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Once approved, we will repair, replace, or refund and cover return shipping where applicable.


Exchanges

- To receive a different item or variant, please start a return for a refund and place a new order. Direct exchanges are subject to stock availability and our approval.


Return Shipping and Fees

- Unless your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

- Returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns may be refused.


Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

- Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

- If a return is not eligible, we can return the item to you at your expense or responsibly dispose of it.


Order Changes and Cancellations

- We can modify or cancel orders that have not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at [extensiont.h@gmail.com]. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Undeliverable or Refused Packages

- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or it is unclaimed, we can reship for an additional shipping fee or refund the product price minus original shipping once the package is received back in unused condition.


International Orders

- Duties, taxes, and international shipping charges are non-refundable.

- For international returns, mark the package as “Return Merchandise.” Any customs or brokerage fees we incur may be deducted from your refund.


How to Start a Return

  - Order number

  - Item(s) you wish to return

  - Reason for return

  - Photos (required for damaged/defective/incorrect items)

- We will provide a return authorization (RMA), instructions, and the return address.

- Pack items securely and include your packing slip or order confirmation in the box.
